# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It turns your coffee habit into something playful and cooling without losing that rich roasted flavor.
  • The jelly cubes have this satisfying bounce that makes every sip feel like a tiny celebration.
  • You can make a big batch and keep it in the fridge for quick assembly whenever the craving hits.
02 -
  • If you pour the coffee mixture into the fridge while it's still steaming hot, condensation will pool on top and make the jelly watery.
  • Cutting the jelly while it's still cold and firm is much easier than trying to cube it after it's been sitting out and started to soften.
03 -
  • Brew your coffee a little stronger than you think you need, the jelly will taste milder once it's cold and mixed with cream.
  • For a vegetarian version, swap gelatin with agar agar powder, but note it sets firmer and at room temperature, so adjust the texture to your liking.
