# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, blended cottage cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
03 - Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
05 - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
06 - Fold chocolate chips into dough using a spatula or wooden spoon.
07 - Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing approximately 2 inches apart.
